Scanning Launches Sept 2025
This September, Verus Metrology Partners will launch its first in-house CT scanning capability with the ZEISS Metrotom 800 320 kV — engineered for high-resolution, non-destructive inspection of dense parts such as Inconel and cobalt-chromium. This system supports components up to 50 kg and 500 mm in size, with a micro-focus X-ray tube and scan speeds up to 75% faster than previous models. It delivers traceable measurement results in accordance with VDI/VDE 2630 1.3 standards. Paired with Verus-engineered CT scan fixtures, this turnkey setup ensures efficient, accurate internal inspection from part loading to full 3D data analysis.
