Measurable objectives to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system shall be set and regularly assessed for suitability and communicated to all employees and contractors who will have an impact upon our services.

The implementation of this policy will be monitored throughout the Company’s activities to ensure compliance with its objectives and will be formally reviewed on an annual basis.

This policy will be communicated and made available to all employees and contractors undertaking works on behalf of our organisation and made available to all interested parties, as is appropriate.
