We are proud to share that Verus Metrology Partners has been awarded a National Employer of the Year 2025 Award by the National Apprenticeship Office.
The announcement was made last Thursday, 4th December, at a ceremony in the Gibson Hotel, Dublin, where eight outstanding employers from across Ireland were recognised for their leadership and commitment to apprenticeship development.
Being selected as one of only eight national award winners out of 100 nominees is a significant honour for our team and reflects the strength of our culture, our people, and our dedication to developing future engineering talent.
At Verus, apprenticeships play a central role in shaping our workforce. They represent long-term investment in people, innovation, and sustainable career progression within advanced manufacturing. Earlier this year, we highlighted the achievements and contributions of our apprentices in this post.
We extend our congratulations to all of this year’s winners across the Micro, Small, Medium, and Large Employer categories:
-

We also thank Minister James Lawless, Minister Marian Harkin, the National Apprenticeship Office, and SOLAS for their continued commitment to strengthening Ireland’s apprenticeship system and supporting employers who invest in the next generation.
This recognition is a testament to the dedication of our entire team and the outstanding apprentices who contribute to Verus every day. We look forward to continuing our work in developing talent and supporting the future of engineering in Ireland.
